Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease in the supply that involves cartilage, joint layers, ligaments, and bones so it can cause pain stiffness joints. Almost 70% of osteoarthritis experienced by those over age 50 years characterized presence structural damage The purpose this study to control felt patient improve functional ability daily activities carried out patient. This included case conducted at one hospitals city Sragen on Mrs. SNR, aged 71 years, working as housewife. complains both knees, also has difficulty performing squat movements stand, standing for long time, rising from sitting standing, praying. research method was therapeutic patients 2 x / week 3 weeks, therapy followed 30 minutes. Patients are given form exercise, infrared tens therapy. Pain measured using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) Western Ontario McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC) measure activity. Conclusion: modalities physiotherapy such Quadriceps Setting Exercises, Passive Stretching, (IR) Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) many 4 meetings increase there decrease pain.
